Glenvue Health & Rehab is a 160 resident skilled nursing facility, located on Highway 301 in Glennville, Georgia. Professional Standards Glenvue Health & Rehabilitation admits without regard to race, color, national origin or handicap (physical or mental). The steps for admissions are evaluated by an admission team which ensures the facility can meet the resident's needs. Glenvue Health & Rehabilitation is staffed with registered nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)who monitor the residents 24 hours a day and contact the physicians when appropriate. Glenvue Health & Rehabilitation is also staffed with licensed professionals in physical, speech and occupational therapy. These professionals evaluate each resident and ensure each receive the appropriate therapy. When resident's therapy goals have been met, Glenvue has a Restorative Nursing Program to help maintain functional abilities and prevent decline. 
A Reputation of Dignity and Respect The Staff of Glenvue is dedicated to ensuring each resident is treated with dignity and respect during their stay. The staff is composed of a medical director, licensed nursing home administrator, director of nursing, social worker, activity director, RN's, LPN's, and CNA's.The facility has professional consultants for pharmacy, dental, optometry and podiatry. We Provide Quality Essentials Nutritious meals are planned and prepared under the guidance of a registered dietician. Meals are prepared to meet the needs of the resident. 
The Essential Social Life All activities for the residents are planned by the activity director. The activities include bingo, ice cream socials, coffee breaks, musical range of motion, memory lane, arts and crafts and field trips. Church services are held Friday and Sunday by local churches. Glenvue also offers a Beauty and Barber Shop with a licensed cosmetologist available Tuesday through Friday.
Financial Concerns Glenvue Health & Rehabilitation accepts all payment sources to include Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and private pay sources. Included in the charged amount is the room, cable, incontinent supplies, certain medications, nursing care, meals, housekeeping, linens, and administrative costs.
