Centralized Scheduling was created in March 2009 to streamline the scheduling and registering process for all outpatient testing done in radiology and respiratory. We will be adding rehab very soon with surgery to follow. We merged with Pt Access in April 2009 which allows us to pre-register the patients and have financial obligations and insurance benefits already verified and completed. We use the n'Telegant system to verify benefits and deductible obligations. Our dept has 12 employees with one supervisor and one manager.
